Seabright House Move

This project began with the plan build a new house on a family estate. The original family house had huge sentimental and historic value but had become too small for the current needs of the owner. The owner decided to offer the house to a sibling who owned a neighboring parcel of land. The house was moved to make way for a new house and is now a great summer retreat and remains a great piece of family history. Solterre was pleased to be able to bring our experience in building moving and provided permit drawings and renovation advice.
